Tree, upright spreading, single stem 16 x 9 m. branching 4 m. above ground. flowers pink, 3-4.5 cm., very showy, occuring with bronze green young leaves leaves glossy green with insect damage. Bark very dark and rough, glossy and smooth on upper branches. An attractive tree with insect damage. Approx. 75 yrs. old.
