United States, California, Los Angeles County, Collected from a residential planting in Glendale, California.
Growing as a volnteer shrub, ca 6 feet high and 5 feet across, rounded-ovate, branched to near ground. Leaves dark glossy green, leathery, very undulate; these appear narrower than usual. Flowers white, lobes convex-recurving, genitalia fully developed, sepals recurved.
